Delete your MeritIQra account
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the website or Android app. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to use this request path.
How to request deletion
- Email adminoperation@meritiqra.com, preferably from the email registered to your account.
- Use the subject MeritIQra account deletion request. Include your registered email and whether you want the entire account and associated data deleted, or only specific data.
- Support will verify ownership and handle the verified request within 30 days. If you cannot access your registered email, tell support so an alternative verification method can be arranged.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your preferred email service. Never send your password, OTP, payment card details or authenticator code.
What the request covers
The request covers your account identity/profile, enrolment information, exam answers and results, learning interactions, uploaded personal content and associated records held by MeritIQra. We will identify any specific information that must be retained for a legitimate legal or security requirement and explain its retention period in our response.
Archiving is different from deletion
Exam and payment records move out of the active view under our six-month active-record policy. Archives remain identifiable and can be requested; they have no fixed automatic deletion date. A verified deletion request is a separate process and covers associated personal data in archives as well, subject to any explained retention requirement.
Deletion can remove access to results, learning history and purchased access associated with the account. Support will confirm the scope before irreversible action. A deletion request does not automatically request a payment refund.
